Connection Meeting with Client Family

Each child and family is unique. Therefore, each assignment is undertaken only after a thorough and detailed discussion with you to understand your philosophies, culture, needs, and goals. We work with you to determine your specific requirements to establish the perfect profile of the desired hire. We will explain our Terms of Business Agreement, whereby you engage us on a non-exclusive basis to conduct the search for you, and we are only compensated on a success-basis.  Chat with us now to know more about our friendly Terms of Business, including fees and also our guarantee clause.

Researching of Candidates

Overall, our candidates are regularly sourced through our broad network of contacts, active participation in education events, contact through or own popular website and related job postings, and through select use of popular media channels. We also use a targeted approach through headhunting for specific skillsets.

Screening and Interviewing Candidates

We screen the most suitable candidates, who are then given a brief of the Client Family's requirements and expectations.  Short-listed candidates are given a detailed interview with us so that we can critically and rigorously assess and analyze the candidates’ skills, competence, and suitability for the position. The Client Family may wish to remain confidential during the screening process, until a candidate of particular interest is identified.

Referral of Candidate(s)

Only the best candidates are referred to you for interviews. Prior to these interviews, we provide a written report of our analysis, appraisal of the candidate, his/her personal data, salary expectation, education, and professional career history.  Upon your advice, with the consent of the candidate, we conduct a reference check and advise you of the results.

Successful Placement

You decide if you would like to extend an offer to the candidate, and the detailed terms of the engagement.  We may provide market advice and template employment agreements for your use.   Per our Terms of Business Agreement, it is only deemed a "successful" placement triggering fees once the candidate accepts employment and starts work.

Follow Up, Guarantee

We take the extra effort to contact both yourself and the successful candidate after the placement to ensure that all parties are satisfied.  In the event the candidate leaves employment within the guarantee period, we work to understand the situation clearly and will introduce another candidate.
